Tamil: Ejamaniamma

I only speak English and was reading an article with one Tamil word in it 'Ejamaniamma'..it was the most important word of the article and unfortunately I do not understand it. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what it meant?

    Ejaman translates to boss or lord. Ejamaniamma translates to mistress, usually the wife of the boss.

    These words are usually used by the servants in a house to refer to their employer or by the workers in the fields to refer to the landowner.
