Targeting at or targeted at

These products are targeted/targeting at young people. Could anyone help to determine which one is correct or more common?

    These products are targeted at young people.
    (The products' intended market is young people.)

    These products are targeting young people.
    (The products are attempting to draw in young people.)

    Either of those options is fine.
    The first is probably more common, since products don't really target people. It's more likely that advertisements would target people, whereas products would be intended for certain people.
