Pour ma part, j'ai jamais entendu 'mandale'. En plus, 'cuff' existe en anglais, mais il veut pas dire un coup de main ou n'importe quel 'coup', c'est tout simplement un abbréviation pour 'handcuffs' (menotte).

Really? Cuff exists? I have never heard it myself. I assumed it was a spelling mistake for 'scuff'. My apologies. However, Keith's suggestions are by far the best. I also like Glasguensis' 'slap' and 'smack'.
