How can I say "teleconferencia" in English?

I think it is not the same has a normal conference call, a "teleconferencia" is a conference call with a group of people at the same time, like a meeting but by phon.

What you just described is a conference call. The Merriam-Webster definition is: a telephone call by which a caller can speak with several people at the same time.

Or is that different from what you mean by "teleconferencia"?
