For "terapia" you could use "treatment", "care" or even "counselling", depending on the nature of the "terapia". "Treatment at home" "Home counselling" are possibilities - secondo il contesto.
I would go for something like:
Patients would very much appreciate the opportunity to have therapy/treatment at home
Or maybe:
The provision of therapy at home would be very much appreciated by patients
As johngiovanni said, the use of therapy/treatment etc depends on the nature of the service provided.
You can use 'domiciliary therapy' as well, but not as a countable noun. That is, there is no such thing as "a domiciliary therapy", "two domiciliary therapies" etc.

Se non scrivi in un contesto molto tecnico allora, mi sembra meglio usare qualcosa facile da capire, tipo 'home treatment'
