terska (etymology)

Hello, I do not speak Finnish at all. I'm studying Japanese now and I have found out they have an interesting word for glans penis. Then I started to study this site and it is evident many languages have one word for glans penis and acorn. It is "the head of tortoises" in Japanese. But it is not acorn-related in Finnish, either. What does terska mean? Which word is terska related to? Thanks, Encolpius.

According to Suomen etymologinen sanakirja, both terska and terho (acorn) are derived from terä (edge or tip). In some dialects, terska can also mean

• a worn, spread end of a wooden pole or a crowbar etc.;
• a small boy
