    This is the MP3 player (that) I got from my brother. "Which" is also possible.

    You should use "it" only if you make a separate sentence - you can link them with a semi-colon:
    This is the MP3 player; I got it from my brother.

    In general, adding an "it" in that location is a common mistake made by English learners. For example:

    This is the book that I read it last week. :cross:
    This is the book that I read last week. :tick:

    Did you take the money that I left it on the table? :cross:
    Did you take the money that I left on the table? :tick:

    That is the man who I saw him yesterday. :cross:
    That is the man whom I saw yesterday. :tick:
