Mujaddid.
Among the Sunni, the primary type of leadership associated with the occurrence of revivalist movements is that of mujaddid. The notion of mujaddid is embedded in the Traditions, specifically in a hadith related by the Prophet's companion Abu Hurayrah, found in Abu Dawud.

What does 'that of' mean? Thanks in advance.

    the leadership of (a) mujaddid.

"That of" refers to "the leadership". As I understand the term, mujaddid is a person. It is the leadership this person demonstrates that is the topic of the sentence.
