I don't know why you need "get to" in this sentence.
I think "to sleep" is enough. Please explain.
"At night that tree is full of birds. The noise makes it diificult for me to get to sleep."
Thanks a lot.

to get to sleep = to arrive at the state of sleeping.

Grammatically, you could also say "I find it difficult to sleep".

    Can I write:
"The noise makes it difficult for me to sleep."
Is it right? Thanks a lot.

Because it is the initial attainment of sleep which the person finds difficult.
Once they get to sleep that have no problems. I, for example, sleep through all sorts of noise. I have a racing mind and find it difficult to settle it sufficiently to let me sleep — it is difficult for me to get to sleep.

Some people have difficulty in staying asleep, birds outside our bedroom window would wake my wife as she is a light sleeper — it is difficult for her to sleep.
