    Hi there,

Does anyone know if in the dubbed French version of Looney Tunes cartoons, the phrase "That's all folks!" was translated into French or left as is? If translated, does anyone remember what it was?

    Thanks so much!

PS: I know what the phrase means, I'm looking for the exact phrase used in the French dubbed cartoons. Thanks!

I've watched quite a lot of them and never seen that phrase translated...

I agree with Donaldos: never seen it translated in French.

As the "The end" at the end of old movies.

I've heard it translated several times from the character appearing in the rings (strangely, it's the pig I have in mind but I can't even remember his name in French).

If I remember correctly it was: "C'est fini les amis !" (but the translation was not written)

And, concerning your edit... I think it WAS looney tunes.

So if I understood correctly from all the posts, in the French version "That's all folks" appeared written in English on the screen, however, Porky Pig would say "C'est fini les amis!".

Thank you all for your replies, it was very helpful.
