大家好!

I have a Chinese friend who wanted me to record an audio file in English for her and her students but she couldn't hear the audio file after I sent it to her. We finally found out the (probable) reason why, which was that she was using her phone to listen to the file instead of a computer. (Presumably, the phone mustn't recognize .wma files)
I wanted to say "That's probably why!" in Chinese. Would anyone know how to translate it in this context?
Thanks!

    這可能就是原因。

If the sentence to be translated in this context were 'That's probably why you couldn't hear it', then the equivalent Mandarin expression would be 這可能就是為甚麼妳沒辦法聽這個音檔.
