Un estudiante está describiendo las instalaciones en el colegio y quiere decir que las aulas "are okay"; es decir no son las mejores y no son malas/no están mal equipadas tampoco. Podría decir "son pasables/son regulares?

    O “...son buenas”
    “Son aceptables” mejor que “son regulares”

    Surely, for every region there may be more colloquial expressions for "are OK".
    In Argentina, even though any of the previous suggestion would work perfectly well in everyday speech, "Las aulas zafan" would get the point across exactly as "pasables", "suficientes".
