They don't explain to the customers about the details of policy, and the customer too leave the things entirely on the agent.

I have doubt about " the customer too leave the things entirely on the agent''. What I want to say is that the customer don't inquire much about the policy and let the agent do every things as it suits him.

have guys understood it clearly at the very first instance without any further explanations?

    I understand it because I live in India and have heard those expressions. It's possible others may not.

    Don't you think it would be a good idea to explain? "Policy" can have multiple meanings. And starting with "They" without explaining who "they" is isn't a good idea.
