Hi, I was wondering if anyone could give me a tanslation of the name of the web page I'm working on into Italian. It's called "the dark flame." Any help?
 
  • A part the fact that I think it is a German Musician 'partition I must admit that I don't know- I'll ask to someone for you and in case I have a good answer I come back here.

    How would one translate "Thanks in advance" into Italian? "Grazie (da) prima" ?

    "Grazie in anticipo" or "Grazie anticipatamente" or "Ti/vi ringrazio in anticipo".

    Anyway I think you should open a new post when asking something which has nothing to do with the topic of the post (as in this case). ;)

    The contest is very important. I think in your case it is the case to translate "La fiamma del male" , because " scuro " in the case of a flame doesn't have any sense.

    That is why I suggested to use "oscura", which has different shades of meaning (more than "scura" has).

    I agree with deorc: "oscura" may possibly mean "evil"

    Yas, if I think to a "Flame obscure" at first I think to the flame at the gehenna and desolation too but then maybe to something that have to do with chemical process and test-tubes as well.
    You know...when you put the test tubes on the Flame to make experiments... I don't know exactly, here shoule intervene a chemist.... eheheh
