the dispatch of business

Did you look in the WR dictionary, Marsbeing? (Access is via the search box at the top of the page.) There are many definitions of dispatch there, both the noun and the verb. I'd say the one that applies in your quote is "prompt or speedy transaction, as of business".

This is a rather limited use; I wouldn't expect to hear or see it in ordinary speech or writings.

    Thanks very much, Parla.

No, I didn't. I checked the word in the Collins Dictionary and the Free Dictionary, in vain. Next time, I will try the WR dictionary.

    PS: It's from a contract.
