I came across a Doll . I use to play with similar dolls that were smaller in size in my childhood days.

The doll just springs back up to its original place when hit.

Is spring back up correct or should it be sprung back up?

I just wanted to know the name of the doll also. I hope the moderator just don't block the thread.

Does anyone know the name of such a doll.

This kind of toy has been around for years, usually in an inflatable version, but as far as I know, there was never a specific name for this kind of toy.

    Was it something like this?

I would describe it as a self-righting doll.

(I don't know what her name is. Maria perhaps. :))
The recent one which I came across was around 7 feet. But the one I had in my childhood days was about this size, though nowhere as cute as this. I used to kick it ,punch it but it sprung back at me all the time.

Is sprung back a correct word?

Yes, 'sprung back' sounds good to me. 'Bounced back' would also work.

(I dare say the 7 foot one was inflatable like the version Sparky Malarky is talking about.)

sprung back at me when hit. Is this correct also?

What is I dare say ? Does it have indirect meaning? And what is self righting also. Is it correcting the mistakes by itself?

I dare say = I expect, or I would imagine.

Self-righting = it rights itself. 'Right' in this context is to become upright. So, after you've kicked it, it will go back to being upright.
