(The) green button

    Hi Forumites,

    Imagine that I am a computer expert guiding someone on the phone. Which one is correct:

    Click on OK. Do you now see a green button that says START?
    This appears correct to me. Do you see 'any' green button...

    Is this correct as well?
    Click on OK. Do you see the green button that says START?
    I think this is OK as well. Do you see the button that I am sure is there and that I expect you to see...

    English - U.S.
    They mean the same because there is only one such button. If there were two green START buttons, you couldn't use "the."
