The hill is going to hang me up

Hello!
A young driver is driving a rig and is worried about a hill (with snow):
"It's not a big hill, but it's really going to hang me up and I think I'm going to have problems."
Could anyone explain what "hang me up" means here, please?

    Thanks! So "this is going to hang me up" means "this is going to confront me with a problem". Is that correct?
