(the) January

Is it possible to use THE article referring to a month in this imaginary situation?

I'm asking if it's possible to terminate my member card starting from January.
And my second question might be this: "Am I going to pay any additional payments after THE January". In this sentence I mean the same January that was mentioned in me first sentence and so I wonder if I can use THE to make it clear?

Thanks!

    Ok, thanks!
But if say "Will I have to pay any additional payments after January?", the person I'm speaking with might ask me "which January?".
And if this is the case I would say something like "the January I've just mentioned"
What about this phrase? Can I use "the January" in this example?
