the perfect standard tripod

< Previous | Next >

The full sentence is as follows:
"The ABC is the perfect standard tripod for a wide range of demands"

My attempt is
"El ABC es un trípode estándar ideal para una gran variedad de exigencias"

BUT, I feel the translation is changing the meaning of the sentence, by changing the emphasis of 'standard'. I think it's subtle, so if any advanced Spanish speakers could shed some light, I would be very grateful!

It's simple: Just add "perfecto" and change "un" for "el" as in the original sentence in English. The article by itself makes a big difference:

"EL ABC es el perfecto trípode estándar para una amplia variedad de solicitudes"
