The rest of tomorrow

I'm trying to let someone know my availability, I have written "Just a short email to let you know that I won’t be around from 11:00 a.m to 14:00 p.m tomorrow, but otherwise am free the rest of Saturday"

Can you say 'the rest of Saturday' to mean apart from 11-14 you will be free?

If I were sending the email, it'd read something like:

Just a heads up that on 07/31/21, I'll only be available from 08:00 to 10:30 UTC and from 14:30 to 21:00 UTC due to unforeseen circumstances.

    I apologize for the inconvenience,
