1. The teacher has tought at the middle school for over 10 years. But now he has moved to another city and teaches at a primary school.

2. the teacher tought at the middle schhol for over 10 years. But now he has moved to another city and tought at a primary school.

Which one is grammatical or better?

Neither is correct. Do you mean "The teacher taught at the middle school for over 10 years. But now he has moved to another city and teaches at a primary school"?
