Could anyone please help me in translating the following sentances into Japanese.

2. "The test of a good teacher is not how many questions he can ask his pupils that they will answer readily, but how many questions he inspires them to ask him which he finds it hard to answer."

I would love to see the Japanese translation written in different styles. Does anyone have any ideas on where or how I could get this.

Thank you in advance.

    Hi,

    先生の良し悪しを測るのは、先生が生徒に質問を与え、どれだけの数、生徒がそれにうまく答えられるかではなく、先生が自分でも答えるのが難しいような質問を、どれだけの数、生徒が先生に問いかけるよう仕向けられるかである。

The style is rather formal. More conversational translation of this sentence would significantly simplify the relative pronoun business in the original English sentence. :)
