Can one say:

a. Their end will be soon.
b. Their end is soon.
c. The end of them will be soon.
d. The end of them is soon.

Meaning They will soon die/ be destroyed/ be defeated etc.

I have heard 'That will be the end of me' but not 'That will be my end'.
I think the sentences are correct as far as grammar is concerned, but I don't know if they are idiomatic.
