There it is vs here it is

How do you say "there it is!" in Italian? As opposed to "here it is!"? What is closer to the French "voila!" Cioe or eccolo/eccola?

    Here it is: eccolo qui/eccolo qua or eccola qui/eccola qua

    There it is: eccolo lì/eccolo là or eccola lì/eccola là

    But it's colloquial, of course.
