Hello, is ok to say "They are kissing" when a man and a woman are kissing each other? Or is always "They are kissing each other"? I have seen the first many times but I'm not sure if it is correct usage.

There is nothing inherently wrong with "They are kissing".

"They are kissing each other" is likely to be redundant.
