Does anybody know what the meaning of this sentence mean?

(Bart Simpson after doing one of his prank-jockes): "This prank is my sergeant Pepper's".

Absolutely not, Antonio. This is an inside joke, made for an audience who knows what "Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" is. As more time passes, fewer people will understand that reference. That album was released in 1967.
