This should be in a museum

Senior Member
In a movie two families are sitting at the table over a meal; a woman says: ''Wow. This should be in a museum.'' And the other one replies: ''Oh, it's nothing. Just quail egg and...''.

What does the first woman mean by saying ''This should be in a museum''?

It's good enough to be a museum piece.

Of course it's said in jest. Food is usually not found in museums.
