Jordan and Donnie are brokers and they will credit their money to a Swiss bank account. The man who is going to take the money to Europe doesn't like Donnie at all and he says to Jordan:

He comes in all fucking loopy and fucked up(referring to him being a drug addict I guess), I swear to God I'll mash that douchebag's teeth in.

Donnie hears this and gets angry, saying :
I put the money on that fucking table! Not you! I'm the reason we have this whole fucking deal!

(The Wolf of Wall Street)

What do you think he means by "this whole deal"? "Everything" or "a specific deal"?

Thanks for your help.

Donnie is saying that the money the man is taking to Europe would not even exist, if not for Donnie.

Donnie created and carried out the "deal" (transaction, business action) which gave them this profit.
