Those robots being created for / Those robots created for [Past Participle/ Pr Participle Passive]

< Previous | Next >
Hello everyone!
Please tell me in which of these sentences I used the participles correctly:
Those robots being created for doing some kind of work and [being] operated by means of some program are not able to carry out a revolt or something like this.
Those robots created for doing some kind of work and operated by means of some program are not able to carry out a revolt or something like this.

On one of forums I discussed machines with artificial intelligence, so the sentences may look a little bit strange. :)
Thanks in advance.

The first sentrnce suggests someone is creatingn robots as we speak.
The second one says the robots already exist... most likely.
