Please correct my sentences.

  • Here's my try:

My parents are returning home today. So, I have to go to see off my parents at the airport at 5 o'clock. So, I won't at office today . But I will come back to office from tomorrow .

I'm not sure if this is what you're trying to express.

    Best wishes.

I have seen in dictionary that :

drop off -- fall or diminish
    verb: get worse
    verb: retreat
verb: change from a waking to a sleeping state.

These four meanings are not appropriate in your sentence.

That's true, but Winklepicker's suggestion of "drop them off at the airport" is a good one. The three examples listed - get worse, retreat and change from a walking state to a sleeping state - are intransitive uses of "drop off", but "drop off" can also be used transitively. A good dictionary should explain this.

Hey Smart Alec! If you know the answer, why are you asking the question? :D
