to act like / to behave like

Hello everyone,

I'm a bit puzzled as to which verb to choose in the following sentence:

"Stop acting(?) / behaving(?) like a child".

Are they interchangeable here?

    Hello Xander. Yes, they're pretty well interchangeable there ~ the difference in meaning is so slight that I haven't managed to see it yet:)
