Thor: Ragnarok: Before Hela, these women gave us spooks as villians! - Bollyworm

101 Dalmatians was based on a novel by the British writer Dodie Smith in which villainous Cruella de Vil (voiced in the film by Betty Lou Gerson) plans to skin puppies for a new fur coat. Cruella De Vil played by Glenn Close was portrayed to be a proper monster with an unhealthy pallor, emaciated body draped in an oversized fur coat and a thin face.
what does mean: to be a proper monster with an unhealthy pallor, emaciated body draped in an oversized fur coat and a thin face.

That’s a lot of question, most of which you can find straight from standard dictionary entries.
You might not find “proper monster”. Here we use “proper” as an intensifier, such as “real” or “authentic”.
