She has been through a very difficult period but now she is in a good place

referring to a person's state of mind, serenity, confidence, optimism, etc. I cannot come up with an all-encompassing term in Italian. What would you suggest?

Thanks in advance.

Thank you all for the suggestions. Doesn't riprendersi imply restoring someone's mental balance? If so, I feel that "being in a good place" is broader in scope because it can refer to someone who has never enjoyed this balance. What do you think?

This is clear: someone had this mental balance, lost it and then found it again. But what about someone who never had it before and who has only recently achieved it? Riprendersi does not sound appropriate.
