to be taken aback - prepositions?

Hi there,
I hava a hard time using the phrase to be taken aback. Could you give me some examples of it used with different preposition (all possible)? I'm wondering if it's possible to say: They were taken aback with the equipment carried by the natives. I haven't found any example of using "with" with this expression.
