Alright, I guess this was bound to happen sooner or later. Apparently, the never-ending saga of Brexit has resulted in a new verb "infiltrating the German language" (the fact it is a German coinage is purely incidental, I guess):

So, ‘to Brexit’ is now translated in German or explained as ‘to say goodbye but not to leave’.

It has also become an associated noun in English: To make a complete Brexit of it = to make a complete mess of it.
