    Hello all,
can anyone explain the meaning of the expression "to come undone"?
I heard it many times in many songs..

I'd appreciate it if you could also post some examples.

another example is Madonna's "The look of love":
    nowhere to run
    nowhere to hide
    from the look of love
    now I've come undone

I guess the last sentence is not connected to the previous three, right?
    It's a separate concept.

    Tell me if I'm wrong.

I'm with you - kind-of. The first three explain the cause; the final is the effect. So there is a logical connection: she is undone because there is nowhere to run and nowhere to hide from the look of love.

I don't believe this. I have just done some kind of logical analysis of a Madonna lyric:eek: Where are the guys in white coats. Surely they are coming to take me away..........ha ha:confused: Funny farm, here I come.
