Well, it seems both forms exist: Definition of TO EACH HIS OWN and we have an entry for the form 'each to their own' as well. Personally, I say 'each to his/their own', but I'm satisfied that the other form is valid.
My thoughts exactly, but of course, if me myself I wants to come back with some further clarification, they're welcome to do so. I'm still not 100% sure we've grasped their meaning. I'll leave this pending for now, and we'll see.
