Could you please tell me what "get" and "old" mean in the following sentence?
'Tell the doctor to bring the magistrates here to The Admiral Benbow to get all of old Flint's crew. I was Flint's first mate and I'm the only one that knows the place.

to get all of old Flint's crew. -> to to capture all of the crew of the well-known [man called Captain] Flint.

More precisely: "Old X" in this sense = the X we have known for a long time and with whose deeds and character we are all familiar.
