Que significa?, tengo la impresion que esta relacionado con "ir al grano"(to get to the point), pero no se.

ejemplo.-
person1:Tell me what you know?
person2:Why don't we get to the chase?, why don't you tell me what you know?

cpucpu your understanding is perfect: ir al grano.

The expression, at least in the US, is "To cut to the chase."

Cut to the chase, Johnson, I don't have all day.

    Similar:

    Stop beating around the bush.

"Get to the chase" también se escucha, aunque la que suele aparecer listada en diccionarios sea "cut to the chase".
