Hi, how can I say in French: "I hope you like the samples", but in a formal way. It feels strange to use the verb aimer when writing to customers... or maybe it is just me?

Thanks

    Or:
"J'espère que les echantillons vous conviennent."
Probably better to wait for confirmation by a native speaker though.

    Hi,
There are a lot of possibilities, it depends of what kind of samples and who you sent them.
    some formal tries :

    Hope it helps
