    The whole sentece is:

    Some changes have to be made to the interface from System1 to System2 in order to manage properly premium transactions with Stamp Duty Exceptions processed in System1.

    That's what sounds good to me, but then you'll probably have some people cringe because of the split infinitive ;). Another possibility is putting it at the end of the sentence.
