<---> Just, how bad is the epic slide of Chinese stocks?
Chinese stocks have been on an epic slide. In three weeks, the Shanghai Composite has lost nearly a third of its value.1) To put it in perspective, some say this is even worse than the Greek economic meltdown with the loss in value being 10 times more than the entire Greek GDP.

"To put it in perspective..." means to provide a clear perspective/understanding.

Here, the comparison with the Greek meltdown provides a clearer understanding of the extent of loss in value of the Shanghai Composite.
