"I like to go out with my friends to relief stress"

"J'aime sortir avec mes amies de relief stress"

If there's something wrong. Correct me. thanks :)

Is 'relief stress' an organisation? (I thought you meant that you like to go out with your girlfriends in order to relieve your own stress)

    Hmmm
I like to go out with my friends to relief stress
J'aime sortir avec mes amis (es) pour décompresser, déstresser, me détendre, me changer les idées...

When translating you can't always translate word by word. Sometimes you have to get the idea expressed.

    :)
