to stay above/over/ ?? night club

Please clarify which should I use if I like to say that:

I wouldn't like to stay in a hotel room which will be above/over/ or a correct variant/ a night club.

Both above and over do not sound completely suitable... .

    I'd probably use "above", but I would also use "directly".

    I wouldn't like/want to stay in a hotel room directly above a night club.
