Hello :)
is there any difference between these three? Can they be used interchangeably?

Traffic officer must be Am, while traffic warden is BE. In my part of the world a constable is a policeman and though he could deal with a traffic problem most of the time he deals with public order.

In Britain, Traffic Wardens don't really do anything but give people who are parked illegally parking tickets.

And a constable is just one of many ranks in the police; others are sergeant, inspector, superintendent...
