What does "tragic comic" means? Something like tragicomic?

I give the context for help:

"There are tragic comic, pompous, and prosaic elements."

Hi Spakh. It looks like someone didn't know how to spell tragicomic. (Or perhaps: tragic, comic ...)

At a guess, I would say the writer thought tragicomic was written tragic comic.

Edit: Simultaneous deductions, I see... at least they agree.

Or else they left out a comma between tragic and comic, making each a different element, for a total of four mentioned elements.
