Hola a todos:

Estoy traduciendo un Folleto acerca de un tipo de bomba y menciona el término:

Trimmed impeller (y no encuentro el término adecuado para traducirlo)

Trimmed impeller for specified duty test

    • Check the SPECIALIZED TERMINOLOGY forum but the IMPELLER is the IMPULSOR, the part of the pump that spins the water around, and a TRIMMED impeller is one that has had the diameter reduced (by machining) to provide a specific flow and pressure.

    Impeller, lo traduzco como impulsor, mi duda es en cuanto a la palabra: trimmed.

    Pudiera ser: Impulsor regulado ????? :S


    ¿No sé si alguien me pudiera ayudar? :$
