Est-ce qu'il y a un substantif analogique en français, qui désignerait les morceaux qui résultent de l'acte de tailler (les vignes, dans ce cas). I could not find this specific translation in the dictionnaries.

    I should add that this article refers to France, specifically Languedoc, where there is apparently a tradition of using grape vine trimmings for grilling fish, due to their aromatic quality (maybe this is not limited to Languedoc) -- anyway, the fact that such a culinary tradition exists would make this an important word, I imagine :)
