Hello,
I was trying to translate a Hungarian term, literally meaning "triple border", when I came across this Wikipedia page:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tripoint
There seem to be lots of other websites where "tripoint" is used with the meaning "the point where the borders of three countries meet",
e.g. "the Austria-Hungary-Slovakia tripoint" or the "the tripoint of France, Germany and Switzerland", so I was surprised that the word was not included in the Merriam-Webster's or Oxford Advanced Learner's dictionaries.
